之前说过，国家地理Treasure Seekers系列本来就是围绕探险家和考古学家展开的，台湾引进的时候起的这个中文名显然会造成误会。本集的主角是以发掘亚述古城尼姆鲁德和尼尼微著称的19世纪英国考古学家Austen Henry Layard和英国女考古学家、政治家Gertrude Bell。但是后半部分确实太偏离主题，大把篇幅用来讲Bell的情史和个性乃至在一战前后与***的劳伦斯的**和**政治**，与考古探险并没有密切关系……年份有误，本集上映于2000年
