主要讲的是德国和希腊之间的欧元矛盾，说来说去，最重要的一点是德国的工业、金融远远要比欧元区其他国家要发达，所以出口顺差，但同时这种经济的稳步增长也必须以牺牲提高人民的生活水平为代价。但是对于希腊这样没什么支柱产业但又有大量基建消耗的国家来说，加入欧元区，农产品出口困难了，但是高档工业品消费容易了。英国人的意思很简单，我不占你的便宜，但你也不要占我的便宜，因为咱们没有民族意识。但是欧元区的人都认为，我们有舍有得，所以长期来看还是好的。
