观后几个心得: 1. 警惕那些"历史悠久"的餐馆！ 2. 从餐馆的卫生和装修环境等细枝末节可以看出店主的认真程度 3. 菜单的长度决定餐馆的水平！菜式过多的餐厅也许问题很严重 4. 对顾客意见置若罔闻的餐馆，不去也罢 5. 最后一点也是最重要的，吃到感觉不太妙的食物，一定是食物的问题。店主的节省和怪癖是可以害死人的。
