达到了大部分自然风光纪录片的平均水平，与其他纪录片稍有不同的地方在于，别的纪录片多记录动物而这部纪录片则纪录空气、土壤、水这三种地球上的元素。并围绕这三大元素，讲述它们与植物、动物之间息息相关的故事。椰子漂洋过海，长成一棵树。这倒是挺有趣的。就是不知道是真实**拍摄的，还是人工移植的——毕竟这种事儿***以前也做过。
