我的理解：这个人以前来过这个星球，发现了这只生物幼体并抚养了它，彼此有过一段快乐的时光。接着人类又继续星际漫游，把它留在了这个星球上，它独自生存下来（自己捕食，之前是**类的饲料）并回归野性。后来人类很想念它，又回到这个星球找它，但它已经认不出人类了，还想捕食他，最后关头它看到那个飞行器终于想起了小时候的事（飞行器是它小时候的窝），于是放开了人类，变得温顺。我想起了两个男人抚养一头小雄狮的故事，后来雄狮被放归**，多年以后成了狮群首领，再后来两个男人去**看望它，它大老远就认出了曾经的人类朋友，还把自己的配偶（母狮）“介绍”给人类。
